COnsultation for the 5th edition of the corporate governance principles and recommendations
Karina Marcar of Brabourne has worked with the ASX Corporate Governance Council on the Consultation Draft for a proposed fifth edition of the Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
The Council has now released the consultation materials. Submissions are open until 6 May 2024.
